Refund and Replacement Request Timeline
Requests for refunds or replacements must be made within 15 days of receipt of product.
Approved replacements will be shipped within 5 business days of product availability.
Approved refunds will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
